Terms & Conditions Agreement and Authorization for Online Payments

By clicking “I Accept,” you confirm that you have read the terms and conditions below and that you understand them and agree to be bound by them.

Payment Authorization: ALL cards will incur a four percent transaction fee. By providing my credit or debit card as payment for the services, travel fee, and additional four percent transaction fee through MobileSalon.Com, I hereby authorize MobileSalon.Com, LLC to charge the full amount to my credit or debit card, and to debit the amount from my account. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit or debit card.

Tips: I understand that the payment for the services and travel fee through MobileSalon.Com does not include a tip for the stylist/beauty provider. Tips will be handled solely between the stylist/beauty provider and myself.

Additional Services: If you request additional beauty services not included in the initial deposit, you must call MobileSalon.Com to make a deposit for any additional service(s) prior to the stylist performing the service(s).

Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you cancel 24 hours or less before a requested appointment, your card will be charged 50% of your deposit. Cancellations with at least 24 hours’ notice will receive a full refund. You may reschedule instead of canceling to apply your deposit to a future appointment.

Pricing: All pricing is subject to change according to geographical location and each individual stylist.

Bridal Customers: Deposits are required at time of booking to hold reservations. Cancellations within 30 days of the event are charged 75% of the deposit. Cancellations more than 30 days before the event will receive a full refund.

Disputes and Venue: Any disputes must be litigated in Minnesota state court, and the Customer consents to jurisdiction there.
